Donut LSD Running on Trail

Location: Donut Loop, Briman 🍩

Gathering: 5:00 AM

Warm-Up: 5:10 - 5:20 AM

Briefing and Start: 5:25 AM

Distances: 10 km / 20 km / 30 km

Note: Preferably for Al Ula Trail trainees. The courase is “very hard” and only for experienced runners - uphill to flats. You may add distance depending on your training plan.

There will be option of training via sand by extending the normal donut route and going out in different locations to reach the parking.

Important: 1. Please bring your own refreshment/hydration support such as water (at least 1 liter) and snacks. 2. Knows how to navigate using our GPX shared 3. Physically fit to handle high efforts required for hills.
