Basic Rules
Race Number: Wear your race number visibly and facing forward. Do not fold your bib.
Course Completion: Complete the marked course on foot under your own power. No shortcuts allowed. If lost, return to the last sighted marking or checkpoint. For emergencies, contact TBA.
Course Sweepers: Sweepers follow the last runner and remove markers. If you’re at the back, stay on course to avoid losing the markers.
First Aid: Use the provided emergency phone numbers to contact event organizers for first aid help.
Marshals and Photographers: Forerunners and marshals ensure trail markers are intact. Photographers will capture your moments.
No Outside Support: No support crews allowed on the racecourse. They cannot run with, pace, or follow runners with motorized vehicles.
Fair Play: Tampering with course markings or unsporting actions will result in disqualification or penalties.
Withdrawal: Withdraw only at aid stations. Inform race officials, and your race number will be removed. No vehicle pick-up; you must return to base yourself.
No Littering: Carry all litter to the next water station for disposal. Use a zip lock bag for trash. Littering will result in penalties or disqualification.
Organizer’s Rights: The organizer reserves the right to:
Delay or bring forward the start time.
Modify the race course, including extending or reducing distances and/or adjusting cut-off times for safety reasons.
Cancel the event if necessary.
Postpone or move the event date to a later date.
Terms and Conditions
Medical Fitness: All runners are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in this event.
Challenging Route: Runners accept that the route is challenging and designed for those who are conditioned and trained for such an event.
Emergency Response: Runners understand that medical response to emergencies may be slow due to the nature of the event.
Liability: Runners agree that the organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible for any loss of, or damage to property as a result of participation in the event.
Event Alteration: Runners understand and accept that the race organization reserves the right to alter the date or cancel the event in case of severe safety issues beyond the control of the organizers.
Withdrawal of Privilege: The organizer reserves the right to withdraw the privilege of running in this race if an individual is found to be acting against the spirit of the race.

Finisher's certificates will be available for download from the website. They will be available in less than a week after the event once official results were finalized.
